OK, so I never thought that I was going to do another wash-n-go, but… it’s SUPER hot today (yay!) and I decided to wash my hair and I didn’t really want to spend an hour twisting. That’s why I thought that a wash-n-go trial would be great today. If nothing more than my scalp would stay cool because it would be damp.

Here’s the quick rundown:

• I co-washed (yes, co-washed, something that I have done in a long time) with Aussie Moist conditioner
• Conditioned with EO Rose & Chamomile conditioner that I got when I was in NYC late last year
• Used my Giovanni Direct leave-in and my Cantu Shea Butter Leave In Conditioning Repair Cream
• I sealed with my JBCO
• Finally, I pulled out my Ampro-Styl Clear Ice gel

I parted in small sections, applied the gel and brushed in through each section with my Denman brush.

I finished at 2:30 pm and now it’s 4:30. My hair is still wet — I’m hoping that this isn’t a repeat of last year’s debacle. All I will say is shrinkage is a wretch.

Anyhow, I’ll take some pictures of the finished product tomorrow.
